Brown and Caldwell (BC) is an environmental engineering, consulting and construction management firm offering a wide range of expert services on environmental and engineering projects. Nationwide, we have over 2100 staff, including 150 personnel in our Seattle and Tacoma (WA) offices. For more than 75 years, our firm has been an industry leader in delivering innovative, economical solutions to today’s environmental challenges. As a full-service engineering firm, we have an extremely dynamic electrical and instrumentation control group comprising instrumentation and electrical engineers, designers and software developer professional nationwide with 23 professional staff in the Seattle office alone. We have been engaged in the planning and design of DCS and SCADA systems and IT systems and applications for over 200 clients throughout the United States.
